Terrible. I booked about 6 times. E Rey time my credit card failed. It must have been a problem with the website on a Saturday morning. I almost gave up but tried after several hours. Experience was good. O was hesitant to rent from dollar but it was fine.

The overall service was okay

The overall service was okay however receiving emails stating I was late were Incorrect and needs to be rectified in your software it was kind of annoying having them to call the 800 number to clarify the situation.

Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

Orange Airport is a small air facility that has one 2,569 foot grass runway and one 5,499 foot asphalt runway. It is located in Orange, one of the cities in New South Wales. Car rental in Orange Airport is one of the transportation services provided to the people who travel to the air facility.

Regional Express handles direct flights to Sydney from the airport and vice versa, although a number of other aviation activities are being conducted here as well.
