Terrible. I booked about 6 times. E Rey time my credit card failed. It must have been a problem with the website on a Saturday morning. I almost gave up but tried after several hours. Experience was good. O was hesitant to rent from dollar but it was fine.

The overall service was okay

The overall service was okay however receiving emails stating I was late were Incorrect and needs to be rectified in your software it was kind of annoying having them to call the 800 number to clarify the situation.

Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

Hana Airport is located on the southern end of Maui in the Hawaiian Islands. It is a small facility that only serves this micro-district, and it is mainly needed to compensate for the fact that driving here from Kahului takes much longer the mileage suggests. Budget car rental in Hana Airport is easy to come by.

While most tourists visit Kahului when they come to Maui, relatively few venture as far as Hana. This is a lovely and secluded area known for its vast tracts of tropical jungle and its scenic landscape. The area includes some of the best unspoiled beaches in Hawaii.

There is no substitute for arranging car rentals in Hana Airport, as public transportation options are all but nonexistent. Even setting up a taxi can be difficult out here, as relatively few venture this far into the countryside. Those taxis that do come this far generally charge a premium, making rental cars a much more attractive option.

Pacific Wings is the only regularly scheduled carrier operating at the airport, and it operates direct flights to and from Kahului. No other connections are regularly run. Driving between these two cities can take anywhere from one to three hours depending on the time of day and level of traffic.

Long driving times are an indication of the rugged countryside rather than great distances. Kahului is only 80 miles away. Even those who plan on staying in one place will want to consider car rental in Hana Airport, as driving the local back roads is one of the simple pleasures of visiting Hana.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?
