Good price, excellent car

Long delay at pick-up at O'farrell St, San Francisco, Otherwise excellent experience. Desk Agent very helpful even if overworked. Car exactly as specified, almost new and v clean. Availed of some extras.....these were clearly explained and well priced. Would certainly use this company again . Drop-off at SF airport quick and efficient. Overall a very satisfied customer.

car was not best in the world but got what we paid for ,staff very helpful at budget we intend to visit florida every ten weeks for 2 weeks at a time commencing 2nd march 2013 can i get a better deal on this basis and a better car with sat nav cruise control

great service, great value

Took out excess cover as well. When I arrived at Myrtle Beach SC the only issue was to fill the car up before return, no trying to buy a bigger vehicle or sell me further insurance. Quality of Dodge Vans were excellent. The trip was a golf trip for 9 guys. had two vans and everything was smooth and easy. Per-head it was really good value as well.

Reasonable and Reliable

I have been using 121 Car Hire for some years now and must say, it is easy and straight forward. Rather than looking around on various car hire companies, 121 Car Hire uses all major companies and offer a very competitive prices. Very satisfied, have booked with them a few times already and will happily continue to book with 121 in the future. Will most definitely recommend to all friends and family.

Easy to book friendly and a good price

The booking was easy to understand, but read the small print, you dont always get the car you want! ( it does say that though) which was a shame as I did want a Mustang :( San Fransico pick up and drop off point dead easy. Car was good condition and clean when we got it not so when i took it back (sorry!. No mileage limit was also a bonus. I will use again.

I was very happy with the car and service of people. I...

I was very happy with the car and service of people. I had to fiddle on the website a bit to work out an easy location to collect the car and make sure that I could return it on a Sunday. Many places would not allow Sunday returns, but 121 would which was very important to me. The other problem was that I nominated the station as a pick up and return point only to find that they do NOT pick up or return at the station. A staff member kindly and very quickly picked us up and looked after us well. I had to return the car and was not given directions from Reading so did have a bit of trouble finding the depot again.

Easy going, hassle free company. Would recommend to other travelers but suggest more info about getting to car hire location. (Relevant to Toronto. Shuttle needs to drop off at car hire location, not the hotel).

Simply fantastic

I have to admit that after beating the competition hands down price wise I was a little sceptical when our similar vehicle choice changed when we booked our car. However, as I had made a slight mistake I phoned 121's friendly and professional service team who swiftly resolved the issue and put my mind at ease. Our car was through Alamo, who again were impressive - albeit 121 beat them hands down on their direct price. Our Jeep was perfect for driving upto and around icy Whistler, Canada and I will most certainly use www.121carhire.com in the future.

Champaign is a city in the east of Illinois, one of the northern states of the USA. It is served by the Champaign Airport, officially known as the University of Illinois Willard Airport, and also is connected to the rest of Illinois and its neighboring states by rail and road. Car rental in Champaign Airport is a an easy way to travel the area.
