Upgraded with a smile!

Upgraded to 4x4 having only booked mini size car, excellent as snowed ++ and we were able to sail past everyone stopping up the mountain to put snow chains on! Only gripe is the way they try and add extra insurances on at the desk - just charge total price for everything at booking including snow chains where needed which would make life more simple - all companies do this so its a universal gripe!

Geneva Airport and 121 Car Hire

The paperwork was available on line via email, the instructions were clear and reminders sent through prior to departure. On arrival at the airport the car was ready and the staff at the desk were most helpful. The car was clean, new and full of fuel. Direction to and from the pick up point were given to us - what more could I say. It was so simple and very good value for money. I have used 121 Car Hire in the past and will again - excellent service from a top notch company.

Great car, easy pickup, nightmare finding returns!

Picked the car up from the French sector at Geneva airport - what a pain (not 121s Avis/Budgets fault). Once we found the right part of the airport the transaction was swift and easy and we were on the road in 15 minutes. The car (a diesel Meriva with good level trim) was clean and good to drive. Finding the French sector at Geneva airport to return the car was really difficult - it would have helped if we had been given clear directions when picking up the car. NB Hire from the Swiss part of the airport costs about 20% more but almost worth it to avoid the hassle.

continental Break

I FOUND YOUR SITE USING GOOGLE AND COMPARED PRICES,AND THE TYPE OF CAR. YOU WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT YOUR CARS WERE TO A BETTER SPEC.On arrival in Geneva i went to collect the car at Sixt and they were very efficient and prompt.I transferred to the colleting park via a shuttle bus ,which departed as soon as i got on it,Found the car easily and withina few minutes was on my way.The car was very low mileage and in new condition clean and the tank was full.On return the petrol station was next to the drop of park and yes the buss was waiting and again left as soon as i was boarded.The paperwork was done on pick up and the money was taken from my account 3 days after the higher period had finnished,What more could i ask for,Beats me Well done to you all,Best regards Tony Caudle

car was fine, not completely clean inside but ok. i was annoyed when i tried to use the wash/wipe as the water/screen wash had not been filled.

Great Car hire Experience

Hired car for family with 2 small kids. Took 3 large suitcases and therefore requested an intermediate size car. Was given an Opal Zafara - fantastic car with loads of boot and leg space. The kids described the car as a monster due to its size but driving it was easy and enjoyable. Surprisingly too, it didn't cost so much to fill it up with petrol either. We needed to return the vehicle at 05:00 and was pleasantly surprised not to be charged any extra surchage. All in all, a fantastic experience and a pleasure ordering and driving. Will definetely use this company again.

Fair price, easy to collect and return, good car

We have collect the car from GreenMotion hollidayInn Heathrow, it was easy and fast, the price was the lowest among all rentals, the car was in perfect condition, and the drop-of prosses took no longer than 5 minutes. highly recomended service and rental.

Value for money

Collection and drop off great. Car was quite high mileage, but I guess you get what you pay for. Not particularly happy about the 10 euro charge for cleaning, after all I'm not going to try find a car wash at 4am in a country I'm not familiar with. Friendly staff.

Best Car Hire

Got upgraded to really great car with good price offer. Surprised to find car had sat nav, reversing camera and parking sensors together with cruise control. Diesel fuel just made the experience a joyful one. Service was excellent with friendly staff.

Very good service

We were dealt with quickly and respectfully both on pick up and return of the vehicle. Downside is the 30 min wait for the shuttle bus if you just miss one.

Car Hire Heathrow

Good prices originaly drew me in but the customer service from the car rental company was superb. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of there way to help. Collection and returns were excellent.

Very friendly staff. Picked up promptly from the...

Very friendly staff. Picked up promptly from the airport and car hire only a couple of minutes from the airport. Website stated car fuel was 1/4 full and return 1/4 full. But this did not happen. I was told by easirent that I had to pay for 1/4 tank (they charged £20) and return empty. However the tank was not quite 1/4 full.

Very easy booking system with clear information. Pick up and drop off were easy. We had a very new car which was above our expectations. An agent was waiting for us at pick up and drop off and dealt with us speedily. Do make sure you have enough credit availability for the guarantee for the excess, if you don't take the extra insurance. we were 100% satisfied.
