General.

Dear Sir /Madame, First of all i am more then satisfied because all went well with the car hired (new car, clean, well prepared etc) and the service offered to me from the booking stages were great.Refering to the insurance which included the wind screen, tyres, under carraige and persons on board etc. Further more the certificate received from Questor.To me this means that you mean business. Anyway, although i had no claim, i still believe that if i did i wouldn't have experienced any difficulties to get my money back. Very good THANKS. One other positive thing is that money frozen from the visa to make good for the hired car was released immediately. Normally, it takes more then a week to be released by other companies. I am saying so because i have travelled to Europe and hired a car for the past 6 years, 3 times a year. In all these years i had 2 claims. the first all went well and my money was reimbursed. My second, which occured 2 months ago, was a total disaster. reason being that the car was not checked prior handing over to us. The car was dirty, no water in the wind screen wash bottle, had consumed tyres although they knew that we were to leave the car in another airport being more than 500 miles away. In fact we had a frightening experience when the right front tyre was blown off and torn on the highway. we were towed to a service station and i had to pay for the burst tyre and also for the left side front tyre, althought this was not damaged. Easy to use

Easy to enter hire details, and good prices get found. I can't remember if there was an option for on airport, if there had I would have chosen it to avoid carrying bags to a shuttle bus and the waiting.

Fair price, easy to collect and return, good car

We have collect the car from GreenMotion hollidayInn Heathrow, it was easy and fast, the price was the lowest among all rentals, the car was in perfect condition, and the drop-of prosses took no longer than 5 minutes. highly recomended service and rental.

Value for money

Collection and drop off great. Car was quite high mileage, but I guess you get what you pay for. Not particularly happy about the 10 euro charge for cleaning, after all I'm not going to try find a car wash at 4am in a country I'm not familiar with. Friendly staff.

Best Car Hire

Got upgraded to really great car with good price offer. Surprised to find car had sat nav, reversing camera and parking sensors together with cruise control. Diesel fuel just made the experience a joyful one. Service was excellent with friendly staff.

Very good service

We were dealt with quickly and respectfully both on pick up and return of the vehicle. Downside is the 30 min wait for the shuttle bus if you just miss one.

Car Hire Heathrow

Good prices originaly drew me in but the customer service from the car rental company was superb. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of there way to help. Collection and returns were excellent.

Very friendly staff. Picked up promptly from the airport and car hire only a couple of minutes from the airport. Website stated car fuel was 1/4 full and return 1/4 full. But this did not happen. I was told by easirent that I had to pay for 1/4 tank (they charged £20) and return empty. However the tank was not quite 1/4 full.

You are what you say you are

Very easy booking system with clear information. Pick up and drop off were easy. We had a very new car which was above our expectations. An agent was waiting for us at pick up and drop off and dealt with us speedily. Do make sure you have enough credit availability for the guarantee for the excess, if you don't take the extra insurance. we were 100% satisfied.

Could have been better

The website great, easy to book, print vouchers and that's it. Our car-hire company was KlassWagen Auto - positive: easy to collect, polite, friendly customer service. They speak English very well. Car was clean condition. Good fuel policy (full to full), no out of service hours charge - eg: our flight was landed at 9pm and she was very helpful and no extra charge for late collection. Negative: Where to start......well you need to pay 30euro for winter tyre - which let's say fair enough BUT the winter tyre were AWFULLL-NO tread design in the middle at all(it was flat) it's seriously dangerous to drive a car like that in winter/snowy condition. They charge every single time 30euro Why didn't you change the tires?????? The car was so noisy when we were sitting inside -like an airplane, because of the tires I guess. When we drove the car the steering wheel was kind of shaking in your hand- I guess again because of the tyre. She said we need to return the car in clean condition.... WTF?!? I never heard such a thing ever. Otherwise it will be a charge or something...... no comment. Also we didn't complain at the scene because what can they do at 9-10pm at the airport, and we were exhausted with the children. When we returned again we were hurry to check in and go. Just a lesson for a future to our self. Probably it's depend which car you get. I would not recommend this car at all. Customer service good. But certainly they need to take more attention for technical issues with older cars. And please don't save the money on winter tyres 2 adults and 2 children life valued more than 30euro.

We have used 121

We have used 121 car hire on numerous occasion and always found them to be extremely helpful. The vehicles are always excellent and the staff vey helpful. The service has improved as they are now based within the airport so avoiding having to travel to a pick-up and drop-off location by bus. The only criticism would be that the valentine of the vehicles is obvious carried out by untrained staff - the windows are often not thoroughly cleaned and the interior dashboard on one particular vehicles had obvious only been given a cursory wipe over as it looked greasy.

Certainly use again and recommend to friends.Cars hired here and in the USA through 121 were good quality and easy.No complications and says exactly what it says "price you pay is the price you pay".Good friendly service all round

What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?
