Ð¡Used the service for the first time, there was all easy and booking and payment ... Before you use the service Thrifly Dollar, long studied the reviews, many negative (write that take money for services not clear that the reserve is not returned in full without any reason, or pass a car with damage and then keep the amount for repair), so all the time waiting for something bad, but actually it turned out just the opposite: a car at the airport in Stuttgart issued for 10 minutes, passed the time spent just one minute. The car was exactly those characteristics that I chose when booking, clean, as if fresh from the salon. Thanks to the staff car rental for efficiency. No extra money I was not taken despite the fact that, unfortunately, I did not fill the car up to a full tank, has not calculated the number of liters. Amount of 300 euros booked in my account, returned for 2 days in full without deduction. Frankly, I was very pleased with the first experience of rental and always will use this service in the future, and also will recommend to friends and acquaintances. Thank you to all the staff involved in the process for efficiency and interest in a positive result. Final score: excellent!

Hassle-free Rental

Excellent 5-Door BMW Diesel, which was very economical to drive. Pick-up went without a hitch & drop-off at Memmingen was a doddle, Sat Nav was supplied as standard & was very easy to use. I'd have no problem recommending 121 car Hire

Everything worked fine - great little car

Collecting the car was fine - girl at Thrifty desk was friendly enough......after telling us we were late because we'd guessed at 9am rental, but didn't get there until about 11:30 because of late train! Only "problem" with the car was it was SO BASIC that it didn't even have a radio. Nor a CD player, so we had no way of listening to music or anything while we were driving. The voucher/website details said the car would at least have a radio, so we were frustrated that that wasn't fulfilled. Other than those glitches, the car worked fine and we were happy with it. The return process went smoothly enough too. The hire of a GPS is very expensive - so we borrowed one from a friend instead for free.

Franfurt Airport Car Hire

Very simple handover procedure and directiosn to car pick up including informing us of the car park bay numbers. Car was new and clean and comfortable. Drop off procedure was simple and quick, we had not filled up so the car hire personnel informed us of a nearby petrol station so we had time to refuel and avoid any further charges.

Car Hire Düsseldorf

Hiring was a fairly hassle-free experience, but I wasn't happy with the €1000 Euro deposit as I had already taken out extra insurance cover. The hire car park at the airport is not ideal for people with vertigo as you have to drive down a spiral ramp from, in this case, the sixth storey. The collection point is a long walk from the desk and is a real problem for disabled people.They need to get their act together on this. Similarly the return point was a long walk from the check-in desk for our return flight.

Munich Airport

Budget / Avis - The car type we rented was not available , so Avis upgraded us to a Seat 1.6tdi. Thete was a long delay in getting the car but Avis customer service, provided the sat nav for free. Excellent customer services Excellent car Would highly recommend 121CarHire and Avis

Fair price, easy to collect and return, good car

We have collect the car from GreenMotion hollidayInn Heathrow, it was easy and fast, the price was the lowest among all rentals, the car was in perfect condition, and the drop-of prosses took no longer than 5 minutes. highly recomended service and rental.

Value for money

Collection and drop off great. Car was quite high mileage, but I guess you get what you pay for. Not particularly happy about the 10 euro charge for cleaning, after all I'm not going to try find a car wash at 4am in a country I'm not familiar with. Friendly staff.

Best Car Hire

Got upgraded to really great car with good price offer. Surprised to find car had sat nav, reversing camera and parking sensors together with cruise control. Diesel fuel just made the experience a joyful one. Service was excellent with friendly staff.

Very good service

We were dealt with quickly and respectfully both on pick up and return of the vehicle. Downside is the 30 min wait for the shuttle bus if you just miss one.

Very friendly staff. Picked up promptly from the airport and car hire only a couple of minutes from the airport. Website stated car fuel was 1/4 full and return 1/4 full. But this did not happen. I was told by easirent that I had to pay for 1/4 tank (they charged £20) and return empty. However the tank was not quite 1/4 full.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
