I would suggest that when

I would suggest that when renting to foreign tourists a little time be spent on the workings of the car. We had a Clio which was fine and we were told it was a manual gearbox, which was also fine. However, Clio has an odd way, at least to me as an American, to engage reverse gear. I have driven manual transmissions for 40 years but had never had a car where there was a reverse release under the knob of the shifter. We had 10 minutes of real frustration until I figured it out. As an aside, although the manual was in the glove box, it was in French so of limited utility

Although terminal 1 was indicated

Although terminal 1 was indicated on the booking. The rental was booked out of terminal 2. After waiting for 90 mins at terminal 1 we had to then go to terminal 2 to collect the car
