The fact that you no longer have a phone number to call customer service is massively detrimental. I am actively looking for a different provider since you removed the one very significant competitive advantage and route-to-service you had. You should, at minimum, provide and online chat facility. I have been using 121 for 15 years or more and have always been very happy with it but I am unlikely to continue.

Just 8.1 miles southwest of the city of Tampere lies the Tampere-Pirkkala Airport, one of Finland's top 3 busiest airports. Simply known as the Tampere Airport, it is also the among the country's fastest growing air hubs with more than 632,000 passengers served every year. The increase in passenger numbers has something to do with Ryanair's services to Tampere Airport.

Apart from being a hub for scheduled commercial flights, Tampere Airport is also home to the base of the Satakunta Air Command Finnish Air Force and its F-18 Hornets. This public/military air hub has two passenger terminals. AirBaltic, Finncomm Airlines, and Blue1 use Terminal 1 while Wizz Air and Ryanair use Terminal 2.

Both terminals have an information desk while Terminal 1 houses most of the facilities for business travelers, VIPs, and disabled passengers. Passengers can reserve the conference room with the help of the information desk. Car hire in Tampere Airport can also be arranged in the terminal.

The airport has a duty free shop and a restaurant where passengers can take their time before departure. Transportation to Tampere is provided by public bus number 61 but it takes 40 minutes for the journey to complete. Taxis are another option but if you want to save money, arrange for cheap car hire in Tampere Airport instead.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.
