The fact that you no

The fact that you no longer have a phone number to call customer service is massively detrimental. I am actively looking for a different provider since you removed the one very significant competitive advantage and route-to-service you had. You should, at minimum, provide and online chat facility. I have been using 121 for 15 years or more and have always been very happy with it but I am unlikely to continue.

Location information for Tallinn

Estonia's capital, Tallinn, is nestled on the Gulf of Finland's southern coast, just 43 miles of Helsinki to the south. Its medieval and historical core is Toompea, a hill that retains its medieval character through its cobblestone streets, alleyways, and medieval residences. The lower town and vast green spaces are spread at the foot of the hill along with some remains of the fortifications.

Downtown Tallin is on the lower part of the city and it is characterized by its tall buildings and modern amenities for residents and visitors alike. But despite the modernization, the downtown area still retains its medieval charm and the ambiance of Old Europe. Conveniences like car hire in Tallin Downtown can also be arranged there.

Flying to Tallin is possible from other European destinations and then landing at the Tallinn Lennart Meri Airport, which lies 5 kilometers from the heart of the city. Taxis are available just outside the terminal while buses operate to the old town's entrance. Downtown Tallinn is accessible via another bus ride from that point.

Cheap car hire in Tallinn Downtown is useful when visiting other districts of the city. The Old Town is best explored on foot while other parts of the city are served by public transportation like trams, buses, and trolleys. You can save money if you choose to drive your own car.

Car rental in Tallinn Downtown also lets you visit outlying areas of the city where you can find beaches like the Stroomi Beach, the Pikakari Beach, and the Pirita Marina. You can also drive to the port to explore its mini shopping hubs, or head over to the Tallinn Zoo where you can find a large shopping center nearby. A car is also useful for going on day trips to the Lahemaa National Park, which lies 50 kilometers east of the city.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).

 What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Only rental companies with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible to be included in our Worry-Free selection. This rate includes excess cover and unlimited kilometres. Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

 When will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
