The fact that you no

The fact that you no longer have a phone number to call customer service is massively detrimental. I am actively looking for a different provider since you removed the one very significant competitive advantage and route-to-service you had. You should, at minimum, provide and online chat facility. I have been using 121 for 15 years or more and have always been very happy with it but I am unlikely to continue.

The stunning capital of Czech Republic, Prague is one of Europe's most iconic and largest centers. It is sought after for its impressive architecture, rich culture and intriguing history as well as the diversity of attractions that the city has to offer. It is easily accessible from different parts of the world, being home to one of the country's premier international gateways. Cheap car hire in Prague Downtown is an ideal choice of transport especially with the city's diverse districts.

Convenient public transport systems are available throughout the city, from its metro lines to shuttle buses, taxis and boats, although walking the streets of the old and new town is also possible. Most however, still prefer the convenience and practicality of car rental in Prague Downtown.

Prague is divided into different districts and quarters, and some of the must see places can be found within the historic town center. Prague Castle, which can be found on Praha 1, serves as one of the main symbols of the city, offering a great glimpse of the city's history.

A car hire in Prague Downtown is also an ideal means to get around Praha 2, which contains large parts of the New Town and the Vysehrad. The Old Town in Praha 1 is also worth visiting, containing the oldest parts of the city.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).

 What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Only rental companies with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible to be included in our Worry-Free selection. This rate includes excess cover and unlimited kilometres. Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

 When will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
