I booked a car from

I booked a car from a location which didn’t exist, fault of your website, not eurocar. Confusion not helped by you not passing my phone number to Eurocar. Pick up was booked by your website at a random hotel, not mine, nor the site I was expecting to pick car up at. Eurocar rep was amazing though.

The fact that you no longer have a phone number to call customer service is massively detrimental. I am actively looking for a different provider since you removed the one very significant competitive advantage and route-to-service you had. You should, at minimum, provide and online chat facility. I have been using 121 for 15 years or more and have always been very happy with it but I am unlikely to continue.

Nicosia has the distinction of being the last divided capital in the world. The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus claims the northern half, while Cyprus governs the southern half. The city is even symbolically split by a wall at Ledra Street. A car hire at Nicosia Downtown though can be used to explore both sides.

As a whole, the City of Nicosia is an important commercial center. There are many shops, restaurants, and entertainment options in the city that can easily be checked out with a cheap car hire at Nicosia Downtown. Nicosia is also central to the University of Cyprus and four other universities in the area.

For events and special gatherings, Nicosia is a popular choice because it is home to the largest venues in Cyprus. These include the Neo GSP Stadium with a capacity to seat 23,400 people, the Makario Stadium, the Eleftheria Indoor Hall, and the Leftkotheo indoor arena.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).

 What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.
